It’s only a silent mind that can perceive, that can actually see; not a chattering mind, not a controlled mind. So, what is meditation?
It is not put together by the mind because what the mind has put together, the mind can undo.
The mind must shift from a knowing position to one of questioning, which allows the possibility of seeing something new.
